• MULLEIN LEAF for Lung & Ear Support Mullein has been used medicinally since ancient times. Smoked by Native Americans to soothe lungs. The flower of this plant is soothing and coats the lungs. The leaves are more stringent and expectorant, helping lungs to expel unwanted particles that have been inhaled. It’s a disinfectant and can treat both internal and external infections. It is also an anti-inflammatory.
• During the Civil War, the confederated turned to Mullein for respiratory problems when their conventional medical supplies ran out. Mullein is a demulcent and has been used for tuberculosis for centuries. It is very effective for lymphatic congestion and removes mucus and toxins from the lungs. You will notice that it calms the central nervous system and relieves pain and soreness. It reduces inflammation and boosts your immune system greatly. It also clears the nasal passage and alleviates sinus issues. 

USES:

• Drink as a Tea, Use Topically, or Smoke It, or Breathe in the Steam
