How long does SeaMoss last in the refrigerator?

  • Dr Sebi recommends taking as much as you want. Start with 1 shot or 2 daily. 
  •  If you take 2 tbsp a day, one bottle will last you about 2 weeks.  
  • Keep Refrigerated at all times. 
  • Unopened bottles will last up to 3 months refrigerated. Up to 6 months in the freezer. Once the bottle has been opened for consistent use, it is good for about 2-3 weeks.
